  1. Give advance notice via telephone call of any visits and show appropriate identification, in order to protect and reassure customers
  2. Treat all our customers with respect and courtesy and take their individual circumstances into account when carrying out works in their homes
  3. Recognise that any works carried out are arranged around our customers commitments
  4. Are committed to looking after your home whilst we are working, as well as ensuring your Health and Safety are paramount
